A new revelation has come to light in the case of murder of Pooja Yadav for insurance money in Lucknow. The accused had termed Pooja Yadav’s murder as an accident. The police, in their investigation, had also filed a stamped chargesheet on the accident. There was a big game of logic behind this.
On the other hand, despite the complaint of the insurance company, the officers also remained oblivious. The investigation remained in cold storage for six months. When the present DCP came to know about the matter, he formed a team and started the investigation, within a month the incident came to light.
Within a month of Pooja’s marriage in April 2022, insurance worth Rs 50 lakh, Mudra loan and six vehicles were purchased by the accused in the name of Pooja. After killing Pooja on 20 May 2023, an insurance claim was made in November 2023. About six months ago, the insurance company had caught the game of the accused. Then a complaint was made to the police, but the officers remained oblivious.
Nobody took cognizance. Earlier, the investigator of the case Mukesh Pal had filed the charge sheet. According to sources, the matter was also covered up by taking advantage. Because the evidence that was in front was ignored during the investigation. Due to this, questions have been raised on the intentions of the investigator.
